Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground venison
- 2 15 ounce cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 15 ounce cans black beans, drained
- 2 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground venison and cook the mixture until the meat is browned. Add spices to onion-meat mixture and then transfer to slow cooking crockpot. Add the remaining ingredients to the crockpot and give it all a good stir.
